Rob Bhol is Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of NBB Law Limited, with overall responsibility for the strategic direction, governance and long-term development of the Group.
Following the consolidation of NBB Waldrons, he focuses on building a disciplined and scalable legal platform, combining strong operational leadership with financial resilience and professional excellence.
Working closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership team, he oversees capital allocation, performance monitoring and the continued growth of the business, ensuring the firm remains both ambitious and sustainable.
He is passionate about business and giving staff the opportunity to achieve their very best in the pursuit of providing excellent advice coupled with customer care of the highest standard.
A solicitor and business owner who has enjoyed more than 35 years in the legal sector. He has represented thousands of clients, dealing with a wide variety of cases including Court of Appeal matters, run law firms and advised executive boards on developing strategic plans for sustained growth and development, consistently delivering successful outcomes with an excellent ability to direct and lead businesses, build strong relations with staff, key stakeholders and clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending family time with his wife and three children and supporting them in their various activities as well as finding time to read, learn and share time and experiences with friends and family and supporting good causes.
He is also a very keen supporter of the King’s Trust and spends time mentoring young entrepreneurs on the Enterprise Programme as well being the Vice Chair of the King’s Trust Central Development Committee.
