NBB Waldrons announces first promotions following formation of combined firm

NBB Waldrons has announced a series of five promotions across the business, marking the first since the firm came together under its new identity. The appointments reflect the strength and depth of talent within the firm and underline its commitment to recognising performance, investing in its people and supporting continued growth.

The promotions span several core practice areas, including Family Law, Education Law, Corporate and Employment, Personal Injury and Care, reinforcing the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality legal advice to individuals and businesses across the Midlands and London.

Andrew Wood has been promoted to Partner. Andrew leads the Family Law team and advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial settlements and arrangements involving children. He is known for his pragmatic approach and for guiding clients through complex and sensitive matters with clarity and care.

Priscilla Adu has also been promoted to Partner. Priscilla specialises in Education Law, with particular expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, school admissions and exclusions. She is widely recognised for her client advocacy and ability to navigate complex legal frameworks on behalf of families.

Courtney Stephenson has been promoted to Senior Associate. Courtney advises businesses on corporate transactions and employment matters, supporting clients through growth, restructuring and day-to-day operational challenges with a practical and commercially focused approach.

Katie Hinton and Sabrina Banga have both been promoted to Associate. Katie represents individuals in personal injury claims and is known for her empathetic approach and determination to secure the best outcomes for her clients. Sabrina advises on children law and domestic abuse matters, with experience in both private and public proceedings. She represents clients in the Family Court and supports individuals through complex and often sensitive cases with clear, practical guidance.
