A New Chapter Built on Strong Foundations

In October 2025, NBB Law acquired NBB Waldrons Solicitors, bringing together two highly respected firms with a shared commitment to quality, integrity and client care.

NBB Waldrons Solicitors has served clients since 1867 and is recognised as one of the longest established law firms in the country. NBB Law brings more than 65 years of experience and a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic legal advice, backed by deep sector knowledge and long-standing client relationships.

Together, as NBB Waldrons, we continue that legacy. Clients can expect the same trusted relationships and dependable service, now strengthened by broader expertise, greater resources and a wider regional presence.

Our History

Waldrons’ story began in Brierley Hill in 1867, when William Waldron founded the firm from offices on the High Street near the old police station.

Over time, the firm grew through generations of the Waldron family. William was later joined by his son Edward, who returned from wartime service in 1945 to join the practice. Edward was followed by his sons John in 1965 and Peter in 1975, continuing a strong family tradition within the firm.

As the region evolved, so did the practice. The firm expanded across Lye, Kingswinford, Dudley, Cradley Heath, Walsall, Worcester and Cheltenham. Despite this growth, the firm has always remained grounded in its original values of professionalism, trust and a focus on people.

When the firm first opened, documents were handwritten and communication relied on limited postal services. The pace of life was very different. Today, while the world has changed, our purpose remains the same. To provide reliable legal advice and support when it is needed most.
