The firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is a fundamental part of who we are. Formed over 160 years ago, NBB Waldrons is an established part of the local community. We seek to regularly engage with the communities in which we exist, by both charitable and socially responsible means.

As a responsible employer in the communities in which we operate, we recognise the need to ‘give back’ to help local causes. As such, we regularly support a number of charitable causes through fundraising activities, sponsorships, and donation. We will continue to strive to fulfil our responsibilities to the communities in which we operate by building relationships with local groups and organisations, considering their needs and involving ourselves in public service.

The King’s Trust

The King’s Trust is the UK’s leading youth charity, supporting 11 to 30-year-olds facing disadvantage by helping them overcome barriers such as unemployment, lack of education, or challenging backgrounds, and has positively impacted over 825,000 young people across the UK over the past four decades.

Black Country Women’s Aid

Black Country Women’s Aid is an independent charity supporting over 8,000 victims of abuse each year, helping individuals escape violence, cope with trauma and rebuild their lives. NBB Waldrons is proud to support their vital work across the West Midlands and stand alongside those they help.

Dudley Zoo & Castle

Dudley Zoo and Castle is a registered charity dedicated to conservation and education, caring for over 150 species, many threatened with extinction. NBB Waldrons is committed to supporting their efforts in protecting wildlife and engaging communities across the Black Country and beyond.

Mary Stevens Hospice

Mary Stevens Hospice has provided free, specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people across Dudley and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We support their compassionate work for individuals and families when it matters most.

Midlands Air Ambulance

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity provides and funds three air ambulances serving six counties, delivering rapid, lifesaving care to those in critical need. NBB Waldrons supports their essential work, helping to sustain an independent service relied upon by communities across the region.

Martineau Gardens

Martineau Gardens is a therapeutic community garden and charity in Birmingham, providing a tranquil, nature-rich space that supports mental health and wellbeing, and is recognised as a model for improving public health through community gardening initiatives.

Bournville Rugby Football Club

Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice
